Those who know me are aware that my failing is crochet. So I thought I would give it a go. I had a piece of lace from Nottingham Castile "the Castle of Nottingham was originally built by William the Conqueror in 1068 and this great fortress became the residence of the Norman and Plantagenet Kings. The present Castle with its Italianate style bears no resemblance to the original castle indeed, this has been destroyed and rebuilt several times through the centuries" I picked it up in a secondhand store very cheap. So at Christmas when I was given a nice pack of glass beads I thought of making a jug cover so finally its done and im still not sure how to crochet but I had a go.
